Sauvetage Région 02 was established in the heart of Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean in 1982. A fully volunteer-run organization, our survival has been largely ensured since inception through donations from individuals and businesses dedicated to search and rescue.
We gather over forty volunteers, including nearly 25 specialists trained in multidisciplinary fields, enabling us to provide advanced search and rescue services and emergency response measures to the community.
